Exchange Policy

Overview

At Rangrooh, every piece is carefully checked before it reaches you. Since we currently do not offer returns, we do provide exchanges to make sure you have a smooth shopping experience.

Exchange Window

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received

Once your request is approved, we’ll help arrange the pickup process.
Please note that the courier/shipping charges for exchanges will need to be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we conduct quality checks before dispatching every order, if you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • the wrong product, or
  • an incorrect size,

Please contact us immediately after delivery with clear Video & Images, and we’ll assist you at the earliest.
