At RANGROOH, every product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before it is packed and shipped. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

No Return Policy
We currently do not offer returns on any products once they have been delivered.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and product details before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under specific circumstances to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

Be unused and unworn

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in its original packaging

Be in the same condition as it was received

Not have any stains, perfume, damage, or alterations
Exchange requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Exchange Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all courier and shipping charges associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our end.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
Although every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch, if you receive:

An incorrect size sent by us
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:

An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

Clear images showing the issue

Your order number
Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.
Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Refund Policy
As RANGROOH follows a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not applicable.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate payment made by the customer

Cancellation initiated by RANGROOH

Verified cases where a replacement or exchange cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
