Return & Exchange policy
At Rangrooh, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Once your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Approved cancellations will be issued as Rangrooh Store Credit (Wallet Amount).
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns for Store Credit and size exchanges.
If you'd like to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Return & Exchange Charges
If you've received the correct product but would like to return it or exchange it for a different size, the following charges will apply:
- ₹300 towards return pickup and shipping.
- 10% of the product value as a processing fee.
The remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit, or your exchange will be processed after these charges are deducted.
Store Credit
- Store Credit can be used on any future purchase from Rangrooh.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during:
- Sale
- Special offers
- Promotional campaigns
- Using discount coupons
are not eligible for return or exchange, unless you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
Free Gift & Offer Orders
If your order includes a free gift or is part of an offer like Buy 2 Get 1 or Buy 1 Get 1, the free product must also be returned if you're returning the qualifying item.
If the free product is not returned, its value will be adjusted from your Store Credit.
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us verify the issue, please share:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos
- An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish.
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality check:
- Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Store Credit is issued within 5–7 business days.
Shipping
All orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
During launches, sales, festive seasons or high-volume periods, dispatch timelines may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and support.
